What is the Difference Between a Co-op and a Condo? Pt 6

In part 6, the final installment  of "What buyers need to know before buying a Co-op or Condo", I will offer some tips on ways you can get a better sense of the neighborhood you are considering and your future neighbors.

Love thy neighbor......

If possible, try to spend some time in the lobby, stop to chat with building residents and ask what they like about the building and what they don't like.  Speak to as many people as possible because no two people are alike and answers and opinions may vary greatly.  You will know in your gut if this is someplace you can call Home.
Spend some time in the neighborhood to make sure that you like it. Check out the nearby food stores, pharmacies, health and other merchants you might need. Check out nearby transportation as well as school bus routes.
I am committed to helping you and hope you found this six part series to be useful and informative.

You comments, questions and suggestions are welcome.
