How much STAR money are you leaving on the Table?

As the deadline to re-apply for the NYSTAR program is getting closer, I have been reminding everyone that I come into contact with not to forget.  I'm finding that some have "Never" applied....

This is what you are leaving on the table by not applying ....  Whether you own a single family home, condominium or co-op - if it is your primary residence and your income is less than $500,000 you are qualified.
