Village/Town of Mt. Kisco Building Department Announcement
Please be advised that effective July 19, 2013, the Village/Town of Mt. Kisco will require a physical inspection of a property before any Building Dept documents (ie, CO's, Pre-date Letters, Building Permits, Open Permits, Violations, etc.) will be released. Only after an inspection is performed will the records be made available to the Title Searchers.
It is recommended that parties arrange for these inspections with the Mt. Kisco Building Dept. at the time that Contracts are executed to ensure that a closing will not be delayed.
