Benchmark Title has issued the following Alert:
UPATED INFO - Mount Kisco Building Dept. Inspection memo rescinded
We have been advised by the Village Manager of the Village/Town of Mt. Kisco that the Memo from the Building Dept dated July 19, 2013 has been rescinded. Accordingly, requests for CO's, Building Permits, etc. and Building and Fire Dept Violation Searches will not require a physical on-site inspection of a Property prior to the release of this information to Title Searchers.
